This sub project of COPCE has managed to reach out to all the needy groups of people in Kasaali Subcounty Kyotera district and it has managed to extend its services to the lame, the blind, pregnant mothers, elderly people and the deaf. 

Currently the project has managed to dress up these vulnerable groups of people though not its expectation due to inadequate funding but God willing all will be fine.

COPCE, through the Dress the Needy project has  managed to give out 100 blankets to the elderly people, 150 pair of trousers to the lame, 100 pairs of shoes to vulnerable youth, 75 dresses to needy young girls and also, we have managed to give out dresses to the expectant mothers.
